Ive just set up my phone so that i could receive and send emails through it. Which means i can always update my blog now while im on the move. We ve just finished the video with MK Mikaiel for the song called Dream Girl. And for those of you who ve seen my official release for midouni ring up all the tv stations and request it.

Album Progress

My official first release from my album will be Midouni. The video is going to be shot on Tuesday 22nd in London is a secret location. lol... It should be out to all major Persian tv stations by the first week of September. I ll post pictures from the day here and on my website:)

Concert in Manchester

I'll be giving a short performance at the M2 club in Manchester on the 11th July where I will sing 3 songs from my album. I'm pretty excited and can't wait to see the crowd response.

I've also been busy preparing the designs and content of my album. It should be ready to go into production pretty soon and be available in your local iranian shops very soon! Keep an eye out for it.

First radio interview with Radio Farda

I did my first radio interview this morning with Radio Farda. I did it with
one of the presenters whose name is Keyvan Hosseini. My Farsi isn't very good so it was quite hard for me - but at the same time it was quite funny to listen to. I'd say I did pretty well but could have done better.

If anybody wants to listen to it log onto www.radiofarda.com. It
will be broadcasted on Friday 2nd June at 9pm Tehran time. So that would be
6.30 pm GMT. But if you miss it you can always listen to it later once it's up on their site.

Ooops... Sorry about that. Still not very good at keeping this blog going. But I will get there - eventually. I've actually been pretty busy. I get a lot of emails these days and try to reply to as many as I can! Online album available soon

My album will be available very soon to download for a small price. I would love to put it out for free but we've all got bills to pay at the end of the day and I would like to make more albums in the future. Well it's been four days since I last updated my blog. I'm getting better dont you think?:)

I'm really pleased that I've been number 1 for the past two weeks on the Radio Javan countdown. My world cup song 'Iran Barande Mishe' is doing pretty well. The countdown shows Arash, who is signed to Warner is at number 6. Yes I'll say it again Arash who is signed to Warner is at number 6 :) (I'm not competitive at all - promise!)

You can listen to the count down on www.radiojavan.com. The countdown is on every monday, you better check their website for the time. They also save the shows so that you can listen to it when you want which is pretty cool.

Busy busy busy...

Well I've got to start off with by saying that I'm sorry for not updating my blog regularly. I'm just getting used to this:) Just been in touch with a few record labels. This is probably the most importat stage of my career. Whatever I decide to do, which ever label I decide to go with (if any) will effect who I'm going to be. To be honest I can do this with or with out. Its just so much easier to reach a global market with a record label.

My album will be online soon for digital download and also you will be able to download my ringtones and my songs directly to your mobile phone devices. I have just signed a deal with a company that deal with all of this so I am a bit excited!!!

Other than that my video will be out soon.

I promise I will try and update this as often as I can...

Here is a picture of the night the album was completely finished ready for the mastering session at Abbey Rd. I was so so tired.

Abbey Road Studios

I was at Abbey Road studios Yesterday.Wow... The feeling of walking inside Abbey Rd studios was unbeleivable. Don't know how to describe it in words. Walking around seeing pictures of talented artists and musicians that once stood where I was standing.

My album was mastered by none other than Geoff Pesche. He is a great Mastering engineer. His current work include Bassement Jaxx and their album called "The Singles". He's also mastered Kylie Minogue's albums, Simon Webbe from boy band Blue ... to name but a few... Oh and I forgot to mention Blash's new album. lol.

The finishing touches

Today we'll be finishing the album ready for the mastering session tomorrow at Abbey Rd. It's going to be mastered by Geoff Pesche who's worked with many top artists. I should be having a preview of the album available for download vey soon. Basically it's a 4 minute mix of the album.
Gonna get back into the studio other wise Bobbi is gonna be calling me! Bobbi is the producer of all the songs on my album. He is a very very talented guy. I'll find a picture of him soon.

The Album

So my album is nearly finished. Its going to be mastered at Abbey Road and I can't wait! It's where the Beatles recorded (if you didn't already know).

The album is going to be called Persian Prince. Why? cos thats me ... Blash aka the Persian Prince. Hopefully you'll be able to listen to a sample of all tracks from the album soon.

Studio in London

It's 11:30 am and I'm just about to get into the studio. I can't wait to finish the album. I just want everyone to hear it. I'm waiting for my producer Bobbi S. I'm sat in an internet cafe drinking coffee and updating my blog. I'm gonna try and get some pictures of me in the studio once I get in there.

Just got a few more tracks to finish off this week. Then I 'll be getting my album mastered.

Bobbi should be here very soon. I probably wont get a chance to update this today as I'll be in the studio till the early hours of the morning.

So finally I've set up a blog where I'll be sharing some of my experiences and giving an insight, for those interested, on the road to the release of my first Persian album. I will be posting photos, and even preview music clips straight after getting back from the studio. I love to entertain and it is my ambition to get up on stage and perform my music for others.
